Hayley Orrantia is the American singer-songwriter and actress. The majority of people recognize her by the title of Erica Goldberg, from the television comedy 'The Goldbergs. Although she's a singer but her main passion is music. Music, according her, is the very first thing she loves. Her first time playing it when she was nine years old. At the age of 12 her music took more serious form and she began to train professionally. The singer-songwriter began writing songs at 13 and was 14 when she released her debut album of covers songs. The music has never stopped since then. Orrantia is an American native who has Hispanic origins. Although she never lived or spoke Spanish in Mexico However, she is very proud about her Hispanic culture. In order to maintain her heritage, she's learned Spanish and has written songs in that language. The singer recorded the Spanish version of a song entitled 'Hasta Verte. In the summer of 2011, Orrantia auditioned for the premiere Season of The X Factor. The Orrantia's YouTube video was chosen and she got four "yeses" (or votes), from the judges at the Seattle audition. Her initial audition was for solo performance, but during the "Hollywood week" she was paired along with three female vocalists in a trio for the remaining auditions. The group was eliminated at conclusion of the fifth performance.
